Returns Policy

Vision Living will offer you a refund, exchange or store credit totalling up to the cost of goods only, with the following conditions applying to any/all combined order returns:

Incorrect Goods Received

Where Vision Living has made an error with your order, we will absorb and refund all applicable postage charges once the incorrect supply of goods are returned to us and you are required to initally pay for the return postage charges.

The correct replacement goods will then only be shipped to you upon the safe & undamaged return of the unused and unopened incorrect goods only.

Return postage methods MUST at the very least be in the same manner as the goods where sent to you. This includes all registered/tracking options, and any insurance costs, unless otherwise pre-arranged with Vision Living.

Where you have decided you no longer wish to receive a particular item or order.

While in most instances we do not mind if you change your mind about goods you have received from Vision Living within 7 days of your shipment being sent to you, please know that the following conditions will apply to ALL orders that include items returns by you, the buyer.

THE BUYER will be responsible for all postage costs, as well as the safe and undamaged return of all unopened and unused applicable goods.

Where returned goods are lost, or damaged in transit THE BUYER will hold full responsibility and will be required to consult with the 3rd party shipment provider in an effort to obtain compensation in this instance. Under such circumstances, canidae.com.au will not offer any form of refund, exchange or store credit.

This is in the same manner as canidae.com.au applies when we send goods to all of our customers in good faith.

canidae.com.au will only offer refund, exchange or store credit upto the value of the goods only. Postage charges incurred will NOT be refunded, due to shipment being a 3rd party service which is a non-refundable component.

Where postage costs have been included in the overall cost of your goods (or show a $0.00 value on your invoice), canidae.com.au will deduct and apply this portion of your overall order total from the cost of the applicable items as incurred by the 3rd party shipment provider. This will allow us to calculate a revised value of the goods involved.

In instances where the combined item returns are equal to, or exceed $AUD250, canidae.com.au will charge THE BUYER a 15% re-stocking fee to cover any or all costs of the products incurred with the processing of your order/s. Restocking fee only applies to the cost of the goods AFTER the applicable postage charges have been calculated and separated from your order/s.
