Placing your order with Vision Living is easy.

Just browse our website to find products you like, and click the 'Add to Cart' button for each.

When you're ready to submit your order, go to the Shopping Cart page and click the Checkout button.

During the checkout process, you'll need to enter your email address, contact information, billing and shipping addresses, then choose delivery and payment details and you're done!

You will receive an order confirmation and your tax invoice by email once you have completed your order. We'll also send you a shipping notification email when we have processed and dispatched your order.

Does the item price include GST?

Yes, we include GST in the price for every item.


Processing and Viewing Your Orders

Your credit card is charged immediately upon receipt of your order and we will process and dispatch your order as soon as stock becomes available.

You will always receive a email confirming that your order has been received by Vision Living showing the items you have ordered together with pricing and a order number reference for your information.

  • The installation site must be located within the Adelaide metropolitan area
  • Installation fees are waived only for this promotion and the product in question. Additional fees will apply for supply of cables, accessories and installation of other products and services
  • The free installation offer only applies to a single site
  • Installation to be performed during business hours Monday to Friday.

Shipping


Australian delivery

Vision Living ships all orders via courier, often at no additional charge.

Shipping prices are displayed on each product page and throughout our checkout system. In addition, we've highlighted products that don't incur an additional delivery fee by displaying a 'Free Shipping' badge visible when viewing the product.


Estimated Australian delivery times

Vision Living will despatch your order as soon as stock is available. Our availability guide on each product page serves as a guideline as to how soon you can expect to have your order despatched.

Delivery times are usually 1-2 business days after despatch if you live in the metropolitan area of a capital city. If you live in a more remote location, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.


International delivery

We regret to advise that we do not currently ship outside of Australia.

When do you charge my credit card?

Vision Living charges your credit card when your order is placed. We find that this approach reduces the chance of a declined payment due to lack of funds or expiry date and allows us to expedite delivery of your order.
